• Manage the business development effort. Define and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed
annual sales plans and quotas.
• Identifying growth opportunities to include: expanding reach with customer base, expanding product
portfolio utilization with existing accounts, and launching new products and new product indications.
• Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum
customer contact and highest level of customer service in the field.
• Review and understand bid documents thoroughly to prepare project quotes. Execute bid strategy, provide
input into the estimating process, optimize pricing, and develop project teams (consultants, subcontractors,
and other internal and external collaborators) to acquire and execute profitable orders.
• Performing competitive intelligence analysis for business development targeting of current and potential
clients and monitoring/tracking the competitive landscape •Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry
and competitive products.

improvements, general maintenance, recommending specifications and managing schedules for contracts.
• Coordinate rig activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, coordinating and inspecting work
performed by contractors.
• Assist in root cause failure analysis and investigations.

• To co- ordinate all daily activities with regards to equipment and personal movement in the field in
accordance with the QHSE procedures. To provide project support to the Project Manager, cementing
operational personnel move, Truck – pickups papers validity. To ensure that the requirements of the Clients
are met with regards to Equipment and the Operation. • Logistics Supervisor/ Material Management/ operation
coordinator Establish and maintain regular communication with the Weatherford Operations Manager, Field
supervisors. Providing feedback and regular mobilization advise to all parties concerned.
• Evaluate, prepare and assist with the day to day operational activities.
• Provide overall equipment and personal responsibility for Weatherford’s cementing operation with assistance
/ support from the Project Manager and Operations Supervisors •Provide overall Q&HSE responsibility for
Weatherford’s activities in the Base & Field.
