• Define and implement a pricing policy, sales, and marketing strategy
• Participate to commercial budget elaboration
• Market intelligence and statistics maintenance
• Identify and developed new markets to expand export
• Quote and secure business opportunities (quote to local agents and directs customers, spot or regular including tenders bids)
• Analyze and report performances
• Propose corrective actions
• Business trip to Netherlands

On Indian Sub Continent lines from India Pakistan Egypt to the US East Coast

On US Transatlantic lines from Europe to the US East Coast and Canada

• Define and follow allocation by zone, by agency, by vessel through the analysis of space booking and loading forecasts of coming weeks
• Fulfill allocation on vessel by port of loading-discharge, by final destinations
• Organize evacuation plan at lower cost and considering cargo time sensitivities
• Monitor the routing of containers
• Control of Partner's loading capacity on our vessels
• Generate reports on a daily/weekly/yearly basis

On Indian Sub Continent lines from India Pakistan Egypt to the US East Coast

• Monitor change of destination of containers
• Follow Federal Maritime Commission registration procedures
• Optimize existing database and set up statistical reports
