On the digital part of low voltage switchboards dedicated to the electro-intensive segment:

• Analyzed and documented business requirements to create test strategy and cases.
• Managed a team of two testers in the execution of manual and automated tests.
• Planned, implemented, and monitored system testing by coordinating with staff and holding test review meetings.
• Provide feedback to the products team, influence their roadmap, and provide support to customers through reviews, webinars, and training assets.

As part of a three-person team to send a spontaneous offer to the French army, I worked on the development of a 2D satellite antenna:

• Challenged the technical solutions to meet the operational needs within the desired timelines.
• Defined the Make Team Buy strategy for the solution.
• Participate in the IVVQ strategy definition.
• Present the quotation to the Head of Discipline for validation.

As part of the 10 people Core Team for a €1 billion communication program, I'm responsible of the 'Supervision Center' system validation:

• Defined the validation and acceptance strategy, the BOM of the testing platforms
• Presentation to the top management.

On a program to build a communication satellite system for the Army of Qatar, I'm part of a 6-person system test team and I

• Lead the tests on the Infrastructure and Central Management part.
• Organized a complete Sea Acceptance test through three countries (Italy, Qatar, France) and signed the €4 million acceptance bill.
