I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in the United States. I coach in French and English in the relaxed atmosphere of my equipped studio, as well as outdoors or at the customer's premises (equipment provided).
I am specialized in strength training for both women and men up to 70+ years old. My Corrective Exercises Certification allows me to ensure injury / post-op follow-up with specific exercises that respect and improve the weaknesses of my clients.
For me, listening is essential and my goal is always to adapt to my clients' needs and desires. I offer a wide variety of exercises that use accessories such as weights, medicine balls or elastic bands and incorporate yoga, pilates or stretching.
