Started in the Food and Hospitality Industry as a busboy, and graduated to becoming a Linecook.
Ever since then, I've fallen in love with cooking and believe it's something I take pride and admire in myself.
I don't think ill ever believe i'm the best or know everything in this field, but I hope to learn as much as I can and put it forward.
I am currently living in the Countryside of France, working in a small place called Restaurant L'image.
One thing that I really admire about the Countryside is, everything we use in the kitchen is local, Farm to Table.
The local hunter will bring us his recent score, either Wild Boar or a Deer. And in return we give him some of the product we make with it. Sometimes Sausages, Stew, or a Ragu.
