• Cross-Center Governance: Authored the "Best Practices" framework for subcontracting compliance across Engineering; successfully aligned and managed relations with Subcontracting Managers (SCMs) across all Engineering Centers of Competence (CoCs). Spearheaded the transition of these guidelines into a mandatory, engineering-wide training module.
• Affiliates - Service Level Agreements: Defined the Engineering scope for working with the Airbus Beijing Engineering Centre (ABEC) within the SLA. Currently driving operational readiness by establishing the cascading of Design Organisation Approval (DOA) signatory rights.
• Audit : Orchestrated and launched an engineering-wide survey wave to assess, benchmark, and track CoC compliance levels, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide critical visibility for senior engineering leadership.

• Executive Objective Cascading: Facilitated Airframe’s strategic objective alignment using a KPI Tree methodology, effectively bridging top-down executive vision with bottom-up operational execution.
• Business Review Coordination: Supported monthly Airframe Performance Reviews (MBRs).
• Resource Forecasting: Assisted in the strategic planning and tracking of AWF and travel budgets to align departmental targets with company's objectives.

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Contributed to the "PER" project, mapping and forecasting critical engineering competencies and knowledge retention for a 5-year business demand roadmap.
