Offshore Team Leadership: Indirectly managed a team of four offshore analysts, overseeing task prioritization, sprint planning, and skill development.

Pipeline & Tools & Report Development: Built data pipelines integrating 36 data sources, created visualizations in Excel, Tableau, and Quicksight. Developed an Excel add-in powered by MySQL and Web APIs for 1,600+ Users. Established EU-wide metrics, forecasting methods, and targets to optimize AVS performance and improve vendor experience

• Program Manager: Managed the integration of Salesforce and Billing Oracle systems by defining business requirements. Provided expertise in AR/AP Financial module and customized functionalities.
• Automation Expert: Managed multiple projects involving financial reconciliation and defect correction. Implemented a daily automated defect notification system to minimize manual errors and ensure data consistency across the Amazon Ads ecosystem, from Salesforce to Accounting.

• Monthly Reporting & Financial Review: Managed monthly financial reporting, planning, and analysis under the supervision of site lead for a 600+ employee site in Bratislava.
• VAT Control & Process Improvement: Developed a VAT control process for vendor contracts, scanning €250M transactions. Designed a knapsack algorithm to assist with inbound item matching using VBA and MySQL.
