As a 3rd year student at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, I've been passionate about the hotel and restaurant industry ever since I started 8 years ago. I have solid professional experiences in the field, having worked as a waiter, head waiter and room manager in well-known establishments. I'm looking for a 6-month internship abroad that would enable me to discover new practices and strengthen my autonomy. Alongside the f&b director, I had the chance to work on numerous internal projects, including:
Creation of service procedures for breakfast service (400 cvts/day), Restaurant (50 cvts/day), room service, Bar.
Operational management of teams, in a manager position I was able to support and guide the teams during the different services with the daily mission of satisfying our customers.
