• Develop the 12-month rolling production plan, in conjunction with S&OP and UPs

• Assist the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager in the elaboration of the budget and the 3 year plan

In the Supplychain Departement

• Supporting the monthly planning/supplier order process around the Masterdatas
• Coordinate the launch process between Factory/Packaging/Development and Purchasing teams
• Responsible for system use GMP (SAP)
• Factory contact for system upgrades/development with the IT teams
• Training and Workshop for users
• Maintain MD documents up to date
• Follow-up and management of SAP incidents

Leading a team of 16 production operators (weighing/manufacturing)

• Manage production operations to achieve attainment of the production plan
• Develop and implement improved work procedures that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and implement L’Oreal environmental programs
• Animation and development of the team (briefing, weekly/monthly review, annual evaluation interview, skills development)
