

• Managing Customers delivery through KPIs fixed by Huawei FRANCE, EHQ & China.
• Respect customers Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Supervise and coordinate implementation of delivery with all the related departments, keep good communication between sales /customers and factory departments in HQ.
• Monitor and analyse the operation figures (forecast, sales, stock…).
• Confirm shipping plan to HQ accurately.
• In charge of 8 Telco companies projects : SFR DATACOM, ON, AN, ODN and NGWDM; FRANCE TELECOM ORANGE Microwave and ON.
• Purchases, sales and maintenance of IT Hardwares infra & spare-parts for international TELCO companies through integrators (Alu, NSN, IBM).
2009 sales revenue : 20M EUR/year, BU Maintenance ; 10%.
• In charge of Purchases and Logistic to support department activity, including on site operations for leasing department customers, depend on the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Administrative and physical management of worldwide buffer stocks.
• Prices negotiation with suppliers and management of IBM key account.
• Referring directly to the General Manager.
• Manage inbound leads, orders and follow-up.
• Set-up a new Business Unit « Recycling » on the French territory.
• Business development of areas not adressed in EU.
• Data-base update through CRM software.
