Day Shift Supervisor for a newly launched production coater (G5), managing daily operational urgencies and acting as the central interface between Quality, Process, Automation, Technicians, and Maintenance. Led the long-term machine stabilization and reliability project to support production ramp-up.

September 2025 - March 2026

Front Line Supervisor in the Coating 2m Department, responsible for guiding and supporting a production team operating on a 6×2 shift pattern. Accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service, while fostering a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.

This was my first people management experience, strengthening my leadership mindset and my ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and ensure operational consistency on the shop floor.

• Engaged in multiple SMED projects across various Distribution Centers in Europe
• Contributed to EHS Data Analytics Project through digitalization of different tools
• Contributed to shop floor safety enhancement through the implementation of new protective measures
• Devoped an integrated action tracker using Smartsheet and Data Shuttle
• Built a Looker studio dashboard to monitor safety, cost, quality, and productivity KPIs
• Earned Yellow Belt certification with focus on A3 problem-solving for quality issues
• Earned Green Belt certification through a SMED project applied to slitting process in DC Milan
