• Conducted legal research, prepared litigation documents, organized and reviewed evidence, and developed litigation strategy along with the senior counsel.
• Drafted memos, case briefs, legal notices, statement of claims, and statement of defenses.
• Conducted client interviews, gathered relevant information, and prepared concise case summaries for internal use and legal analysis.
• Assisted the senior counsel in providing legal consultations to local associations and companies in Saudi Arabia on commercial laws and corporate matters.
