Responsibilities:

• Pilot the incoming, internal, and outgoing physical and information flows from procurement to delivery to customers.
• Gérer une équipe de 12 collaborateurs (material planners, master scheduler, superviseur logistique, caristes, magasiniers).
• Deploy the Group's Production and Logistics Control policy.

Achievements:

• Implement the S&OP process to streamline the management of the factory over a six-month horizon (Sales projection, load vs. capacity, headcount, inventory).
• Mettre un place d'inventaire tournant pour fiabiliser et contrôler les stocks
• Remove external storage by reducing the inventory of raw materials.

• Manager l'équipe d'ordonnancement qui définit les plannings de production à court terme.
• Gérer la planification de l'usine à moyen terme (prévisions de chiffre d'affaires, suivi du plan de production, déclinaison du plan industriel et commercial, objectifs de stock).
• Build and communicate delivey and recovery plans to cusomers, either directly or through the sales administration.
• Maintaining the OEM service rate at 100% with a growth of +25% over 5 years and the launch of new products.
• Setup of net requirements planning calculation (MRP) in SAP R/3.
• Develop and implement new planning tools (Macro VBA).
