- I am currently a team leader at Geodis Doncaster, who distribute as a 3PL Site for Amazon. Currently we staff for around 72 Colleagues on Outbound per day. Outbound covers Picking, Packing, Sortation & Loading. We are staffed to run with 12-15k units per day, During peak we can achieve up towards 20+K.
- Communicate across all departments, Microsoft excel, Meetings within the business (senior managers), Informal and formal documents, Monitoring Health & Safety, Staff engagement, Challenge KPI`s, Responding to emails
