Leila Shamekhi

Energy Systems Engineer With Mechanical Engineering Background
Croissy sur seine

Summary

Experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in complex industrial systems, bridging the gap between process engineering, equipment design, and multidisciplinary project execution. With a foundation built in conventional energy sectors, I have consistently driven projects forward by integrating technical depth with practical constructability. My role has often extended beyond design, acting as a central technical authority across disciplines, vendors, and clients to ensure engineering intent is preserved from FEED to commissioning.

Today, my focus and passion are fully aligned with the energy transition, especially in green hydrogen. I am actively pursuing opportunities where my experience in process integration, equipment interfacing, and cross-disciplinary coordination can contribute to first-of-a-kind projects in sustainable energy. I believe the next generation of engineers must be translators: of theory into design, of standards into practice, and of ambition into scalable reality, and that is the space I thrive in.
