  • Improved the performance of Human-Machine interaction by detecting the affective states of the call-centre customer using phase derived features including an unique combination Group delay, Phase delay, OSALPC and Residual Phase. Performed a comparative analysis using Neural Networks techniques, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K Nearest Neighbor (KNN) to detect 7 affective states. Used a total of 327 affect samples for this unique work that outperforms the existing ones by a factor of 10% and contributed for it to get published in ICACCI under Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Achieved a total recognition accuracy of 90.08% using the proposed algorithm.
