Project context: Managing a secure and resilient infrastructure is essential for the French Ministry of Armed Forces. In this context, my mission focused on automating the infrastructure management process and enhancing the security of sensitive application deployments.

Team Agile: 1 CDP, 2 POs, 12 Developers, 2 DevOps, 1 Scrum Master.

Technical Stack: Linux, Windows, GitOps, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Grafana/Prometheus, Cloud Azure, Jira, etc.

Tasks:

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) for secure infrastructure management.
• Deployed and managed a secure Kubernetes cluster infrastructure to orchestrate sensitive microservices.
• Improved production processes in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Developed advanced monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) for real-time performance tracking, and proactive alerting.

Achievements:

- Reduced human errors in deployments by 50% through automation.
- Improved incident detection and resolution time by 25%.

DevOps Engineer

Airbus (Capgemini – Paris)| 11/2022 – 11/2023

Project context: At Airbus, system security and availability are crucial, especially for embedded software and cloud services used in aviation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, I contributed to the FTS project, focusing on fixing security vulnerabilities and migrating systems to the cloud.

Team Agile: 3 infra, 2 DevOps, 6 developers, 3 BAs, 1 PO, 2 Scrum Masters.

Technical environment: Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Docker/AKS, Git, .NET, Python, Grafana-Prometheus, SonarQube, Linux/Windows, Jira, etc.

Tasks:

• Supported teams in containerized infrastructure management and optimization.
• Planned and executed cloud migration to Azure, ensuring cost optimization, and security compliance.
• Identified and deployed security measures by assessing vulnerabilities, and managing risks.
• Developed secure deployment processes using Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Achievements:

- Automating security testing reduces vulnerabilities significantly.
- Accelerating deployment processes minimizes downtime in critical environments by 40%.

DevOps Engineer.

EDF – Paris | 11/2021 – 11/2022

Project context: At EDF, digital transformation is a key challenge in supporting the energy transition. My role focused on redesigning the EPICE project, which enables managers to track and evaluate advisors.

Team Agile: 1 PO, 4 developers, 1 DevOps engineer, and 1 Scrum Master.

Environnement technique : .NET-C #, Angular-Typescript, SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps, Cloud Azure, JIRA, etc.

Tasks:

• Developed front-end interfaces using Angular 12, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material.
• I built the business logic layer with .NET.
• Using Git for version control, and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Nexus.
• Deploying to Azure Cloud.

Achievements:

- Increased development cycle speed by 30% through automated deployments.
- Improved application availability by reducing dependency-related issues.
