• I created specialised lesson plans for a class of adult I.T. students.
• I used technology to introduce topics from a variety of sources: videos, podcasts, online libraries and recordings to make my lessons interesting and relevant.
• I motivated and enthused all the members of my class to learn English by making my lessons engaging, interesting and accessible. and by encouraging and supporting the less-able students.
• I delivered lessons to a group of adult students of mixed ages and abilities focusing on the English they needed to acquire in order to pass an end-of-year examination.
• During the COVID lockdown periods I taught my class online.

My role was to reverse engineer computer malware samples, determine their purpose and write code to detect and block them.

I also analysed email samples and wrote RexEx code to detect and block spam, phishing and other harmful emails.

My specialty was banking malware and phishing emails.

I trained and mentored other members of the company to fulfill these roles.

I wrote technical training documents for the company's Wiki pages..

• I resolved complex technical issues for corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• I trained and mentored junior support engineers, enhancing team performance and knowledge sharing.
• I developed and wrote handbooks to improve the efficiency of my team.
• I worked with corporate clients to analyse mainframe software issues, collect problem determination documentation and to apply software fixes.
• I collaborated with product development and maintenance teams to address recurring software issues, driving system improvements.
• I went on-site for corporate clients to assist them to resolve software issues.
• I worked with the Sales team to support them during pre-sales negotiations and software trials and helped them to win multi-million pound deals.
• I helped to save the world from the Y2K bug!
