  • Identifying key potentials with short sales cycle (6-9month) Identifying Agency channel partners for deals above 25K€ that are subject to tenders.
  • Quickly understanding the French Public sector's ecosystem : competitors, their recruiting specificities, Tender specifications.
  • Time Management: sales cycles are much longer than in the private sector Evangelization : Their knowledge of LinkedIn was very poor and we only had very few references in this sector.

  • In 2016 Quota exceed by 110% with 1M of new biz.
