• Working on 12 hours shift as a service attendant, my role includes :
• Housekeeping, cleaning a minimum of 20 rooms a day
• Maintening cleanliness of outdoor areas and commons areas
• Laundry duties
• Utility team, Using the buggy to pick up dirty linen and bin bag all around the village

As a housekeeper my role was to ensure that all rooms in the house are clean. Deep cleaning of windows and bathroom, kitchen and garden. Finally cleaning of fourniture and carpets in bedrooms

Replace soiled towels and linen, vacuum room carpets, sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors etc..

• Worked all day in a cold environment.
• Carried load up to 20Kg
• Worked at an intensive pace
• Maintained high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.

• Maintained cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure the smooth running of laundry operations.
• Reports any maintenance issues to supervisor.
