The project is part of the global strategy of the Powersuite2024 group and involves:

· Using a SaaS application: Bullhorn ATS-CRM solution

· Modernizing and digitizing business processes

· Managing obsolescence: Main business applications for order and temporary worker management are developed on a Flex base, which will no longer be supported by browsers

Project Subject: Changer d’ERA

Responsibilities:

· Lead QA Consultant for data flows

· Prepared and implemented the test strategy

· Analyzed SFG and SFD for each flow

· Conducted meetings with MOA or MOE for detailed analysis

· Drafted test plans and estimated test design and execution time

· Designed and executed test cases

· Reported test progress and created homologation anomalies

· Drafted test reports and participated in continuous integration processes

General Context:
The project involves migrating from the outdated MUSTT solution to the more modern and robust TALEND solution, which uses ETL for massive data synchronization.

Project Subject: MUSTT-ETL Migration (Agile)

Responsibilities:

· QA Consultant

· Participated in daily meetings and retrospectives

· Communicated progress and blocking points

· Executed functional and technical test cases

· Navigated MAINFRAME and SD screens

· Managed JCL and table modifications
