As a designer in a smaller startup team, I was responsible for doing everything from research, participants recruitment, analysis, coming up with ideas to designing and testing. I also conducted a usability benchmarking analysis, identifying key flow issues that were impacting conversion rates and retention.

• I've conducted research and created designs for diverse projects, including corporate websites and apps, contributing my expertise to various short-term initiatives.

• I pioneered the introduction of American cosmetics brands to Ukraine, leading the way in supplying sought-after products to a burgeoning market. Currently inactive due to the war in Ukraine.
• Initiated and executed the entire process of establishing an online makeup store, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying target demographics.
• I established relationships with suppliers and navigated the complexities of importing cosmetics products to ensure quality and authenticity.
• Nurtured strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, and delivering personalized experiences.
• Developed pricing strategies, managed budgets, and optimized operational costs to ensure the business's financial sustainability.
