Ina Varka

Ina Varka is a professional dancer and teacher from Greece. She graduated from her dance studies in Athens in 2020 and has since been deeply engaged with contact improvisation, instant composition, and butoh technique, as well as release and voguing technique. Her work is influenced by an ongoing dialogue between movement, sound, and visual arts, often drawing inspiration from multi-media forms to expand the vocabulary of the body. With a constant curiosity for new methods of expression, she explores the intersection of physicality and emotion, presence and absence.

She is an active performer currently based in Paris.
