As a CSR Manager at Splio, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Co-CEOs to redesign our organizational system, with the objective to boost employee engagement and overall organizational performance. This involved building a CSR department from the ground up, focusing on governance best practices, prioritizing People topics, and advocating for environmental awareness internally and externally. Through extensive stakeholder outreach and internal buy-in, we successfully integrated CSR as a company-wide initiative across multiple departments and international offices.
