• Multi projets: up to 8-10 projects simultaneously
• Supplier management based on QCDT analysis (Quality,Cost, Delivery and Technical)
• Contract negociation & claim management
• Supplier risk and conflic management
• KPI Monitoring : Delivered monthly KPI reports, improved CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Charter coverage by 40% and financial report coverage by 30%.
• Tender management (tender organization&presentation, data collection&building sourcing strategy, Business award presentation, Q&A management)
• Cross functional teamwork with Quality, Costing, Supplychain, logistics,engineer and indus production

• Provide cost commitments during the tender phase for airline companies and lead procurement management.
• Supervise a team, set objectives, allocate tasks, and oversee the work performed.
• Participate in resolving issues between team and supplier
• Work closely with internal teams to define procurement needs.

• Product Manager Experience: Participate the design and development of new products for e-commerce, distance selling (VAD), and direct sales (VDI)
• Projet management experience: direct and cross-functional management (Design - Purchasing - Quality/Standards - Logistics).
• Coordination of teams and management of productions in Asia.
• Supplier panel and risk management
• Response for tenders.
