• Training and supervision: supervision engineers, technicians, machine operators ( 70 people)
• Supervision of the entire production cycle, from raw material procurement to fabric delivery
• Sourcing: search for new suppliers to increase the use of sustainable fabrics and reduce environmental impact: ( Algeria, E Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Tunisia), negotiation of purchase contracts
• Development and execution of production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory objectives
• Promotion continuous improvement of quality control and production flows
• Insurance compliance with Benetton's ethical sourcing and labor policies throughout the supply chain
• Implementation of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste management
• Identification of opportunities for automation and new technologies to enhance productivity
• Preparation of production budgets and purchasing forecasts
• Project management: 5S project, Waste management, visual management,
• Control of KPI performance systems and implementation of Lean manufacturing culture
• Coordination of activity between internal and external departments
• Optimization of manufacturing processes (volumes, materials consumed, waste management)
