• Responsible for providing assistance to the RM, in marketing and in customer support for Trade Services and Cash Clearing Services to a
  portfolio of Financial Institutions in Middle East and Levant
• Took in charge client day to day services: as the first level of customer support, handle customers’ inquiries to help them solve any operation problems and making sure every inquiry will be taken care on that same day or the earliest possible in order to satisfy the customers, including responding client inquiries
• Supported the development of new business opportunities, actively marketing Societe Generale's EUR Cash Clearing and Trade Finance capabilities to attract new clients
• Facilitated smooth transitions during account onboarding by guiding clients through required documentation procedures
• Conducted new client on-boarding KYC and KYC review of existing clients, including communication with the client to get the required documentation, and coordination with internal teams
• Maintained contacts with targeted banks and chasing them on a regular basis, for account opening and volumes of operations as well as term
  sheet adjustment for Cash Clearing Services, and for new deals of products for Trade Services
• Prepared clients meetings, in order to assist in developing the number of clients, increasing volumes of operations and NBI for both Cash Clearing and Trade Finance

• Managed 30+ long-term customer relationships and identified new

business opportunities from Turkey and Middle East, expanding existing client bases

• Increased assets by 20% through FI lending products e.g. Risk Participation, LC/LG/Guarantee Confirmations, Syndications, Club Loans, Murabaha Loans, Sukuk Issuances

• Took active role on Credit applications with deep financial analysis

• Monitored consistently latest developments relating to counter parties in geographical portfolio to ensure that there is no negative coverage and to report findings

• Carried out necessary due diligence, compliance checks and KYCs on existing banks as well as on boarding new clients

• Represented bank on international events and conferences

• Managed correspondent and trade finance relationships with banks in Western and Eastern Europe, and Asia while contributing bank's international funding through syndication loans, bilateral loans, covered bonds

• Signed and renewed syndicated loan agreements sized USD 3 billion, twice a year

• Signed bilateral credit agreement worth USD 250 Mln with an international bank

• Offered trade finance solutions to exporters and importers, such L/Cs, L/Gs, Eximbank loans, ECA loans

• Marketed Turkey's macro-economic performance and bank's financial figures to foreign banks for best priced international funding

• Performed thorough CDD and KYC checks, ensuring all specifications were strictly adhered to
