  • Company Overview: Client: Total E&P OML130 Akpo Fpso
  • Work with planner to prepare to create work-order for pm, cm maintenance activities.
  • Transformer oil filtrations/ re-generation.
  • HV/LV switch board and motors boroscopic inspection.
  • Prepare JRA, permit to work on tracks and E-permit system version -8
  • Create and close work orders on SAP perform power restoration operations for ESDO,1 from EMDG(1.4mw,415v) to ESDGS( 3
  • 1.7mw,6.6kv) to rolls-royce turbine generator( 6
  • 28mw,13.8kv)
  • Perform power monitoring, power transfer using PDCS and manually supervise group of technicians in performing pm, cm maintenance on mv/lv( step down, earthing transformers (oil transformers, dry core resin), motors, alternators( alstom, brush), switchgears, earth IS limiter.
  • Perform impedance, discharge tests on battery banks, pm on batteries familiar with gutor, chloride ups and charger systems (400vac,230vac,48 vac,24vdc)
  • Trouble shoot faults on hv,lv systems: low insulation on swbd, rotating equipments, charger/ups, etc
  • Installation and re-commissioning of new site equipments, effect site modification requests
  • Attend shut down planning meetings, plan and execute full field shut down activities( modification, corrections and pms)
  • Knowledge of ex equipment rating and selection, hazardous area classification company authorized to perform mv( 13.8kv, 6.6 kv),lv isolations for swbd, transformers and motors on abb, snieder, cubicles
  • Assist vendors and contractors perform feasibility studies for site modicication requests
  • Read and understand blue print as built single line, control and all kinds of wiring diagram.
