• Continuous Improvement Engineer within a 60K sqm multi-client warehouse, I deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, re-engineering processes, redesigning and implementing operational layout changes.
• Collaborate with multi cross-functional teams to design layout and to adjust strategy implementation (racking & shelving design, working areas redesign, IT hardware and technical warehouse equipment).
• Provide support to operational teams to successfully conduct Kaizen project management through training, coaching and data analysis.

I managed the day-to-day warehouse operations for two different activities related to:

1/ Sort Center for online retailer: Semi-automated conveyor belt; PM shift: 90 operators, 5 team leaders and 2 operation supervisors; Peak day: 80K parcels to sort and to ship out;

2/ Domestic appliances manufacturer: Oversee inbound, order preparation and shipping operations for French, Italian and Iberian markets; AM/PM shift: 60 operators managed, 5 team leaders and 1 operation supervisor

Inbound/Outbound Peak day: 700 putaway/day; 500 full pallets and 3500 parcels/day;

I monitored data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to determine inbound and outbound trends and adjusted the work force and equipment accordingly to ensure warehouse efficiency and profitability

I led daily and monthly reviews with the customers: focus on KPIs, actual volumes and forecasts, costs analysis, identification of processes which required improvement or optimization.

As a warehouse operations supervisor, I managed an operational team of 4 team leaders and 45 operators dedicated to our customer (domestic appliances manufacturer). I had to develop, engage, supervise and support my team from inbound to outbound operations:

• Led daily routines as briefings on activity and safety rules, follow-ups of 5S.
• Managed the operational resource plannings.
• Monitored the daily activities using WMS and monitoring tools.
• Monitored the operators' productivity and contractual KPIs.
• Planned training programs and team development.

As the Value Added Service Operations Supervisor, I managed a team of 2 team leaders and 25 operators dedicated to our rework/value added service department: Free Standing Display Units production, reworks, copacking, labeling.

My daily tasks were to plan our activity in cooperation with the customer and to supervise and support my team:

• Led daily routines as briefings on activity and safety rules, follow-ups of 5S.
• Planned weekly production according to the customer's forecasts.
• Monitored resource plannings, productivity and consumable inventory to ensure operations' efficiency and profitability.
• Daily follow-ups on orders to make sure deadlines are met.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, I coordinated the daily picking and packing operations for our customer, European leader in domestic appliances manufacturing.

I managed a team of 15 to 20 permanent and temporary operators (forklift drivers, order pickers, packers and warehouse workers):

• Daily routine (briefings on activity and safety rules).
• Activity and productivity monitoring.
• Work instruction compliance.
• Report any process failures to my Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

Responsible for all on-site aspects of air freight logistics management for our customers Air France Cargo and freight forwarders, I was in charge of ensuring that each stage of the import/export air freight process is done on time, on budget and to the right quality standards:

• Managed a medium sized team: 8 warehouse workers + 1 administrative clerk.
• Planned training sessions (forklift licence and fire protection training), and I implemented health and safety procedures.
• Worked with multiple partners (hauliers, freight forwarders and airlines companies).
