• Leading the design office of 5 engineers, to this day I have been entrusted with 8 M€ of investment in 4 countries
• Managing the operation & maintenance team of 5 people in charge of the monitoring, reporting and performance guarantee on 80 energy efficiency agreements, insuring client satisfaction and a 20% IRR to the company
