Primary Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Ensure timely technical support and data migration assistance for a diverse clientele, including large corporations, enterprises, civilians, and government agencies, fostering professional growth.
• Communication: Manage most interactions via email and phone, providing precise and swift technical support for Azure and Cloud Services.
• Multilingual Communication: Conduct communications in supported languages including Italian, Spanish, English, Portuguese, and occasionally French, to cater to a global clientele.
• Continuous Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with customers to enhance service success and meet their professional needs.
• Team Support and Development: Assist new junior team members and hires, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Tool Testing: Test new tools for upcoming projects and upgraded services integrated into Azure.

Language and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in written and spoken communication in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Italian.
• Capable of summarizing and translating audio and text, including slang and colloquialisms, in real-time for the Department of Defense.
• Experience in interpreting and translating in professional settings.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and professional media platforms.
• Familiar with text message terminology in English and applicant Spanish.
• Typing speed exceeding 40 words per minute.

• Handled sensitive information discreetly, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times as required by company policy or legal regulations.
