  • As the Product Owner, I brought to life a Direct to Customer, Digital Companion App for the adventurous motorcycle rider, who wants to ride safely to their regular twisties, as well as discover the new, yet unexplored destinations, and share their riding experience to the motorcycle brotherhood.
  • Managed the cloud, app and embedded systems development teams, along with the experience design team, from iterative designs to deployed product increments.
  • Led the post launch evaluation the product, to re-establish purpose with customer driven feedback
  • Championed the break down the primary single product into multiple independent solutions to open up business opportunities.
  • Designed and rolled out a new disruptive philosophy of motorcycle ownership, motorcycle riding, and what it means to the individual, to be part of a brotherhood.
  • Designed the new product experience and mobile app, bringing in 50+ new navigation features.
  • Created a new design system with new navigation icons for the experience refresh on the custom connected display accessory.
