Currently HR Officer at the International Energy Agency (part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) in Paris, supporting recruitment and HR processes within a global energy policy institution. Skilled in talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, employee lifecycle, performance management and multicultural workforce coordination across Europe.
· Advise senior leadership, head of divisions and staff (100+ personnel) on HR policies, staff regulations and organisational compliance frameworks.
· Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery across multiple campaigns annually (officials, temporary staff, trainees and staff on loan), ensuring competitive offers and timely onboarding.
· Oversee employee lifecycle management (contracts, mobility, telework, leave and probation) supporting a diverse international workforce.
