Abidjan Terminal - Bolloré Ports Group Key Responsibilities:strong>

• Create new supplier accounts.
• Analyze and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Manage expense reports.
• Process invoicesafterobtaining "BAP" (Bon à payer - authorization to pay).
• Justify balances for the settlement of overdueinvoices.
• Collaborate with the purchasingdepartment to reconcileorders and deliveries.
• Producemonthlyagedaccounts payable reports.
• Manage supplier disputes.

Key Responsibilities:strong>

• Manage relationships with Abidjan Terminal'sbankingpartners (ECOBANK, SIB, SGBCI, BICICI, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK).
• Monitor and enforce negotiated banking terms.
• Prepare and track tax and VAT declarations.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide daily cash position reports.
• Calculate and control interest scales.
• Maintain the bank ledger.
• Post banking entries.
• Track check book records.
• Prepare checks.
• Process bank deposits and checks.
• Enter bank and check transactions.
