As a manager, I oversee the financial accounting activities of my clients, lead the adoption of new standards (IFRS, Pillar II, etc.), and coordinate relationships with auditors. Additionally, I manage accounting processes, monitor and enhance the internal control environment, prepare and review financial statements for Senior management.

- Suez - 20 months : Manager consolidation & Integration

• Assisting Finance and tax department during acquisition of General Electric Water ($3bn revenue, 160 legal entities - Trevose – PA – USA)
• Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements
• Review impact of US Gaap/IFRS changes
• Project management: implementation of a share service center (Chennai - India) - definition of roles and responsibilities, automation of controls, training of 5 IFRS accountants.

- Faurecia- 12 months : Head of consolidation

• Production and analysis of IFRS consolidated financial statements in various environments (post merger integration, Gaap conversion, establishment of a first consolidation):
  - Core Financial statements definition and analysis (P&L, balance sheet, change in equity and CFS)
  - Tax reporting activities (tax proof, deferred tax basis analysis)
  - Analytical review
• Management of team of 6 associates,drafting of consolidation instructions
• Collaboration with Management Control, Treasury and Corporate Finance teams in context of consolidation and budget preparation phases.

- Pernod-Ricard -18 months : Financial performance & Consolidation EPM deployment

• Worldwide implementation projects of reporting and consolidation tools in various contexts (unification between management & statutory reporting, business carve out, implementation of new operating models) :
  - Project framing and strategy definition,
  - Business requirements and IT tools functional specifications definition,(Elimination, conversion, master data model)
  - Organization and follow-up of User Acceptance Tests and historical data migration activities,
  - Project go live assistance, including end users training,
  - Assistance for project management

• Complete monthly closings, which includes consolidation and reporting of consolidated accounts under IFRS/French Gaap
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement analyses that explain the group's financial position to the Group Controller and the Group CFO.
• Analyze and prepare quarterly Group Consolidated Financial Statements
• Support the business and reporting units on accounting and reporting topics, which requires coordination with multiple departments (Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, External Reporting, FP&A).
