A highly qualified civil engineer with over 6 years' experience in the construction sector, I oversee operations either as a project management consultant in the creation of a real estate program in all its various aspects (financial, technical, legal and administrative) or as a design and build project manager. Having worked on the creation of large-scale warehouses (+/- 100,000m²), my new specialty is the development of photovoltaic power plants on all the roofs of the warehouses we build. Power ratings can exceed 10 MWp, with various economic models for the resale of electricity depending on investor tipologies (CRE model, self-consumption, Corporate PPA...).
