Managed the day-to-day operation of the office, including the overall maintenance of the office and managing the vendor contacts. Being the main point of contact for employee service calls, requests, and issues and providing day-to-day general administrative support to all departments (Traders, Finance, Operations, and Accounting) on an as-needed basis. Worked closely with the property management team to resolve or address all building safety, security, or maintenance issues. Managed all aspects of social media, including but not limited to creating graphics for posts, engaging with suppliers, customers, and employees on social channels, reporting and analytics, and coordinating posts in conjunction with larger marketing campaigns.
Helped plan events like conferences and team trips, and set schedules for these events. Assisted with multiple different offices in different job fields, such as Solar, Mobility, and Technology. Met with clients and set up monthly meetings with clients and recruiters to evaluate performance from the month before. Assisted in designing and running social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Helped organize onboarding paperwork and created Prezi and presentations for weekly National Zoom calls. Worked with other departments and made sure ads and branding were set and being utilized weekly. Met with new clients and see if they would be a great addition to the company, and continue networking. Ran interviews for multiple offices and found quality candidates to be interviewed by hiring managers
