Shared Service Center: Responsible for Accounts Payable tower, leading a group of 60 people with 7 direct reports. Provided service of management of suppliers payments and master data base to our unique client leader in the automotive industry with business in 10 markets in Latin America.

Responsible for managing Mexico´s Subsidiary: accounting, tax, accounts receivables & payables, intercompany payments, internal and external audits. In charge of Budget annual process, OPEX managing and cash flow analysis. BS and P&L reporting to HQ in France. Managed a team of 4 people.

Consolidation and analysis of revenue forecast world wide regions for the Enterprise Services business. Presentation of Revenue and Total Contract Value package including narratives to support Sales Operations team. Consolidation and presentation of forecast and budget for Americas Printing business to Executives. Responsible for leading month end close meetings with finance and business unit groups.

Shared Service Center: Cash application and invoicing reviewer. Bank and accounts reconciliations approver. Implementation of Operational Excellence metrics and Key Performance Indicators. Responsible for leading monthly meetings with internal customers: Controllership, Credit & Collections and Bank Operations. Managed of a team of 12 people.
