- Working with various managers to create and update departmental lesson plans for on- the-job training. Ensuring staff is trained on the tasks they will perform and execute throughout their day-to-day activities.
- Liaise with global LMS operations teams to perform tasks not included in DA permissions and participate in weekly coordination meetings.
- Contribute to the LMS process improvement initiatives such as the digitization of paper forms and initiatives to make the learner experience easier and seamless.
- Point of contact for all internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. Generate training compliance reports to provide to the auditors/inspectors. Pursue the retrieval of any documentation and information requested by inspectors.
- Assess training needs through weekly departmental meetings with stakeholders. Collaborate with managers to develop clear and concise training plans and address any gaps where needed.
- Develop job aids, assessments and instructor guides for any queries pertaining to learning and development and the LMS.
