• Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring product and process compliance; monitoring the evolution of relevant standards; and updating internal reference documents accordingly.
• Technical Support: Providing regulatory support to customers across various jurisdictions, including the EMEA region, USA, and Asia.
• Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Acting as the primary point of contact with Authorities & consultation agencies regarding regulatory matters.
• Internal Communication: Sharing periodic updates on regulatory changes to ensure internal reference information is current and effectively communicated to relevant departments.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including R&D, to ensure new products and processes meet applicable regulatory requirements.
• Supplier Management: Overseeing supplier approval, conducting annual evaluations and risk analyses, and defining audit strategies to maintain supply chain integrity

Project Manager: Digitization of raw material quality management and supplier processes using the Avanteam software.

• Collaboration with AQF engineers and the Purchasing team to manage raw material quality and supplier processes for the Global Baby Group (7 factories, including Babynov).
• Digitization of raw material risk assessments and the supplier evaluation/approval process.
• Development of tutorials and training staff on new processes and software

• Documentation of ISO 22000 procedures and HACCP study.
• Microbiological analysis and documentation of analysis procedures
