I am currently working full time at the Tigh an Truish, (Isle of Seil) 5 star inn and 2 AA Rosette restaurant to focus my hospitality experience towards the luxury end of the market.
My role is predominantly front of house ensuring customers have an exceptional visit to the restaurant.
I took this position having moved back to Oban. Whilst not in my preferred industry this role taught me the skills required to deal with difficult situations and customers and the value in staying calm and professional in those situations.
