• Lead process engineering in North Africa (7 plants,1 Development Center )
• Develop the Vision, the strategy and the structure for a result oriented Engineering team to support the business growth .
• Define Cluster capital budget for productive & non productive projects, control the CapEX spending. (33M€/2024)
• Validate the funds appropriation requests, Project NPV , the equipment reutilization plan and the assets transfer strategy.
• Develop innovation strategy for competitive differentiation by ensuring team has best-in-class technical talent.
• Ensure the usage of the same standards, distribute the best practices around cluster sites and to EMEA.
• Provide technical support to the business development, ensure equipment process readiness for new projects.
• Coach, develop direct reports, manage teams to deliver improvement, added value and cost reductions.

• Lead industrial, Method Lab. and Process engineering to achieve plant KPIs (Quality, Volume, Cost)
• Mentor and develop employees through agreed capability matrix, training plans and personal leadership qualities.

• Manage Engineering Department budget and lead the P&L for porotype activities in the plant, define the price to sale, follow up the material procurement, the freight cost and the production, ensure 60% gross profit, 30% net margin.

• Lead all activities related with plant Layout definition and execution, optimize the space, the walking & the material flow.

• Ensure manufacturing continuous improvement plans to meet benchmark targets of efficiency and downtime.

• Ensure correct analysis and fast answer for the product changes in term of feasibility, tooling, timing and cost.

• Ensure flawless startups for Model years, engineering changes and new Projects

• Prepare a long term equipment forecast and develop the supplier selection strategy according cost & capacity to deliver.
• Evaluate the potential new suppliers in Morocco, train on guidlines, lead the technical audits and supplier release protocol.

• Support the globale procedure definition for EMAE Process engineering.
• Ensure the right understanding and facilitate the implementation of the new procedures in Morocco sites.
• Prepare a 5 years equipment allocation plan and tooling transfer strategy.
• Ensure flawless project transfer between Method Lab Prototype factory and plants.

• Supervise the equipments and tooling definition, ensure the safety, capability and capacity of the process.
• Quote the investment for the new projects, Model years and engineering changes, work on costs reductions.
• Lead the Project start of production, coordinate the equipment installation and release plan.
• Ensure equipment reception according start of production timing & financial forecast. ( Capex/Opex Monthly forcast)

• Launch the process audit in monthly basis, highlith the systematic root causes and lead the corrective action plan.

• Ensure the respect of the 5S & safety rules in the laboratories and the facilities under Process engineering authority

• Define equipment and ensure tooling availability for cutting and pre-assembly areas (2,5 Millions € / 1200 m²)
• Prepare the equipment capacity study according customer orders and production business plan.
• Simulate the lay-out changes according the equipment forecast and lead equipment movements and installation.

• Ensure the Technical training and prepare the manual of use for operators and maintenance technicians.

• Communicate to the customer (CBU) the feasibility, the investment and the lead time to implement product changes
