This taught me a lot about people management and how to approach giving constructive feedback to and having difficult conversations with employees who were often much older and more experienced than myself.

Organised and led weekly sessions and activities for a group of incoming first-year students at UCL, helping students to settle into the university environment and responding to any queries or concerns they had.
