  • Responsible for Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands for Accor in the regions Gulf & Levant, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. My portfolio includes 86 operating hotels.
  • Overseeing the pre-openings for Accor in the Region Middle East, Africa, and Turkey with 6 successful hotel openings this year and 41 projects in the pipeline.

  • Responsible for all Accor Premium Brands in the Gulf, including; M Gallery, Swissotel, Pullman, Movenpick, and Grand Mercure.
  • There are 28 operating business units in my portfolio, with another 7 in pre-opening.
  • Currently leading the Qatar Global Sporting Event 2022, which will see Accor manage 65K keys and employ 12K colleagues during the World Cup event this November.
  • Helped develop the partnership with Bulldozer to launch Kitch-In a Cloud Kitchen concept in our hotels in 2020-21.
  • Led a working group to develop a productivity tool; “Manning Calculator” that helped right sized hotel operations in the wake of COVID-19, bringing a reduction in payroll costs across the MEA region of over Euro 103M per annum.
