1/ Design professional management certifications (bachelor's and master's levels): analyze the job market and professional trajectories, supervise and lead joint working groups, present the work to ministries and social partners, register titles in the RNCP, issue parchments (+6,000), initiate the VAE process and chair examination boards.
2/ Create a cross-functional system for the acquisition of experts: sourcing and recruitment of talent (+200).
