• Supervise the securing and sanctuarization of the graduation process and international accreditation.
• Participate in the development strategy in a market outside France and in the supervision of international operations: define projects and implement an end-to-end action, monitoring and control plan.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations concerning the accreditation of training organizations and private higher education institutions when opening offshoring campuses.

• Manage the group's portfolio of professional titles (+ 45 from Bac to Bac+5 levels) registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) by promoting emerging professions and professions in short supply.
• Monitor compliance with obligations by authorized partners in France and abroad (+150): communication / evaluation / integration.
• Ensuring the quality of relations with actors in the institutional sphere: Ministries of Labour, Full Employment and Integration / Education and Vocational Training.

• Participate in the definition of HR policies and the associated GPEC.
• Manage the strategy of business portfolios.

• Strategic management:
  1/ Organize the "Higher Education" Executive Committee of the French Army (+15,000 people): design, policy and governance of a training continuum.
  2/ Participate in the development of the strategic plan of the management (200 permanent staff - +5,000 interns / year): planning and change management, innovation and transformation.
• HR Project Manager:

1/ Design professional management certifications (bachelor's and master's levels): analyze the job market and professional trajectories, supervise and lead joint working groups, present the work to ministries and social partners, register titles in the RNCP, issue parchments (+6,000), initiate the VAE process and chair examination boards.

2/ Create a cross-functional system for the acquisition of experts: sourcing and recruitment of talent (+200).
3/ Digitize data and digitize the division's practices.

• Review of the quality approach:
  1/ Create processes and define performance indicators.
  2/ Write the management review and perpetuate the ISO 9001 label.
• Managerial Responsibility:

• Analyze incidents on a daily basis for the benefit of UN Headquarters: +250 reporting. Topics of interest: land, air and sea operations, safety and security, management of the COVID 19 pandemic.
• Special Advisor on Gender and Inclusion Strategy to the Head of Mission (+10,000 civilians and military).

• Measure and analyze the barometer of the evolution of morale in the Army (+130,000 people): qualitative and quantitative tools (Sphinx).
• Conduct confidential individual interviews (+150) in operational units and participate in hearings of senior authorities at the Council of State.
• Design sensitive studies in times of geographical restructuring (pooling of support and creation of defence bases) and HR policy reforms (young executives and the exercise of authority, officers under contract in times of restructuring and deflation).
• Deliver analytical summaries with recommendations for the benefit of the Chief of the Army.

• Organize visits by authorities and draw up plans and staff documents.
