I worked in healthcare administration for two and a half years in South Korea, where I developed strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others. However, I have always been deeply interested in pastry making, drawn to the creativity it offers.
I came to France on a Working Holiday to learn French pastry techniques, as it is the heart of pastry culture. I am eager to apply my dedication and discipline from my previous work to this new field and grow my skills in pastry.
