Development of a Digital Twin for a Methanol-Diesel Dual-Fuel Compression Ignition Marine Engine using GT-Power:

• Designed a methanol fumigation system via port-injection.
• Created the 3D model of the engine using Solidworks, built MATLAB, Python, and VBA tools for raw data processing, parameter optimization, and calibration trace comparison, improving convergence efficiency and accuracy.
• Performed sensitivity studies and Design of Experiments (DOE) campaigns (using TPA and heat-transfer analyses) to characterize how air-path flow conditions, injector behavior, EGR, and thermal boundary assumptions affect system performance.
• Calibrated and optimized the predictive combustion GT-Suite model and validated the engine's performance trends against experimental data, achieving less than 3% error across the full operating envelope.
• Delivered technical documentation, validation reports, and model verification methodology; thesis awarded A+ for rigor, clarity, and engineering relevance.

• Engineered and led the design of UAVs (multi-rotor and fixed-wing VTOL), integrating mechanical, aerodynamic, and electrical components using SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, and Fusion 360.
• Designed state-of-the-art Hoerner Tip winglets, electronic boxes, landing gears, payload mechanisms, and surveillance systems, for peak aircraft performance.
• Developed and implemented Excel-based calculators for UAV sizing & heat sink designs, optimizing power efficiency.
• Operated and optimized CNC machining and 3D printing for UAV parts, minimizing material waste and accelerating composite manufacturing processes.
• Conducted flight tests and piloted UAVs, enhancing UAV performance through data-driven insights.
• Analyzed and executed CG calculations for an engine-based Hybrid electric UAV and fixed-wing VTOL aircraft, ensuring balance and stability for high-endurance flight.

• Managed the design, procurement, and assembly of a cutting-edge lightweight metal-composite packaging project for 50 units of a 20kg payload Cargo UAV, reducing weight from 130 to 39kg, validated through rigorous drop-testing.

• Studied and assisted in desulphurization, steam reforming, and ammonia synthesis processes; operated machinery including CNC, lathe, and grinder; and researched steam turbine compounding and corrosion prevention methods.

• Examined the operation processes including boiler theory and coal handling; created export steam diagrams and heat balance sheets; calculated efficiencies of boilers, pumps, & turbines; and assisted in the functioning of cooling towers and electronic precipitators.
