• Developing a GT-Power Model for a Methanol-Diesel Dual-Fuel Compression Ignition Marine Engine.
• Analyzing experimental data to validate combustion and performance trends.
  Calibrating the existing GT-Power model for improved accuracy.
• Designing new GT-Power models for methanol-diesel dual-fuel marine engines.

• Engineered and led the design of UAVs (multi-rotor and fixed-wing VTOL), integrating mechanical, aerodynamic, and electrical components using SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, and Fusion 360.
• Designed state-of-the-art Hoerner Tip winglets, electronic boxes, landing gears, payload mechanisms, and surveillance systems, for peak aircraft performance.
• Developed and implemented Excel-based calculators for UAV sizing & heat sink designs, optimizing power efficiency.
• Operated and optimized CNC machining and 3D printing for UAV parts, minimizing material waste and accelerating composite manufacturing processes.
• Conducted flight tests and piloted UAVs, enhancing UAV performance through data-driven insights.
• Analyzed and executed CG calculations for an engine-based Hybrid electric UAV and fixed-wing VTOL aircraft, ensuring balance and stability for high-endurance flight.
• Drafted user manuals & programmed G-Codes, instilling efficient manufacturing and streamlining operations.

• Executed structural, thermal, and vibration analyses of sheet metal components using ANSYS Mechanical; created purchase orders, performed vendor evaluations, and assisted in New Parts Development (NPD) while ensuring quality assurance and adherence to safety procedures.

Industrial Trainee of Manufacturing Department under the Ammonia II plant

• Studied and assisted in desulphurization, steam reforming, and ammonia synthesis processes; operated machinery including CNC, lathe, and grinder; and researched steam turbine compounding and corrosion prevention methods.

Industrial Trainee of 38MW Power Plant

• Examined the operation processes including boiler theory and coal handling; created export steam diagrams and heat balance sheets; calculated efficiencies of boilers, pumps, & turbines; and assisted in the functioning of cooling towers and electronic precipitators.
