• Collaborative management of working relationships with industry professionals including cameramen, directors, presenters, artists, production managers and photographers.
• Wiring, connection and verification of the correct functioning of equipment.
• Management of communications during events via radio or
  earphones.

• Providing customer care throughout the stay by welcoming and satisfying requests.
• preparation of seating and of additional cutlery before the arrival of large groups.
• Collaboration in cleaning and tidying the room.
• Checking tables and customer needs.
• Management of customers with and without reservation, avoiding complaints and waiting.
• Knowledge of the menu in order to be able to answer questions about the origin of the various items, ingredients and cooking methods.
• Clearing and cleaning the tables, restoring the seats for the next turn.
