Drive operational effectiveness through HR initiatives to facilitate Consulting Business Unit growth: set up consulting career path & on-boarding programs to foster employees’ engagement, monitor attractive recruitment plans, manage organizational transformation (BU mergers) and Industrial Relations
Build and promote innovative incentive programs at Orange global level to value employee contribution to company success: launch collective reward plans granting Orange free shares on a worldwide basis to Orange Workforce (Reward plan, let’s share plan)
Develop Compensation & Employment plans to support business transformation in compliance with HR Corporate policies and value individual performance: incentives & rewards plans rollout, Headcounts & Labor Costs Budgeting & Reporting.
