• Created a methodology using Natural Language Processing Techniques to analyse the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy compass data, extracting insights reducing time and reducing time for policy makers worldwide.

• As a programme manager my role was to lead several projects to deliver value for the clients' multiple needs
• Projects included:
• Led market non-financial support to entrepreneurs from the Afri-Plastics Challenge on behalf of Challenge Works, part of Nesta
• In charge of designing, coordinating and executing digital support for 85 organisations, including 25 modules and tailored mentorship support for 40 start-ups
• Found, wrote and executed the tender for a total of £200k
• Project Manager for the NASA MarsXR Challenge seeking XR/VR developments
• Created an standardised technology scouting service that increased participation of innovators in the challenges by 30% for companies such as ENEL, A2A & Shell
• This service accounted for 20% of company’s revenues
• Led feasibility study of the commercialisation of weather forecasting technologies in East Africa for the University of Leeds.

• CAP S.A is the leading iron ore and pellet producer, composed of mining, steel making, manufacturing and desalination operations with revenues up to $3.7 billion
• Key team member involved in setting up the Innovation Unit to articulate and facilitate innovation in the CAP group
• Notable achievements included:
• Project Management: Led the 'Safety Innovation Challenge' in which 500 ideas were received; managed the digital platform and project portfolio, coordinated the evaluation process with nine executive managers
• Mentored 20 teams to guide prototyping, business model canvas, and pitching
• As a result, nine projects were implemented through my direct supervision reducing fatalities and accidents and improving health and safety KPIs in the CAP group
• Project Development: Executed the company's first open innovation challenge named the 'Mining Evolution Challenge'
• Technological start-ups applied to help CAP Mining advance on digital transformation
• Two start-ups were selected implementing AI, machine learning solutions with a circular-economy approach.
